Beet Jelly
There's something about this beet jelly on toast that starts your morning off with a bang! You will not regret making this simple recipe to use on toast for breakfast or pb&j for lunch!
Ingredients
- ¼ c. Glean Beet Goodness
- 2 ½ c. water
- ¼ c. lemon juice
- 6 tbsp dry pectin
- 2 c. sugar
Instructions
- In a large pot, mix ingredients on high heat and bring to a boil
- Once ingredients become firm, let simmer on medium until desired consistency.
- Remove from heat, pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Enjoy!
