Smoothies are one of the easiest and most delicious ways to pack nutrients into our diets. There are endless combinations to create the perfect snack or meal on the go! This is one of our favorites for added energy to start the day.
Beet Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon maca
- 1 tablespoons almond butter (or your choice nut butter)
- 1 cup almond milk (can substitute with your favorite smoothie liquid)
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon of beet powder
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Add all items to your blender and blend to desired consistency.
