This smoothie is one of our favorites! A nutritious treat filled with delicious fruit, a little almond milk, and our sweet potato goodness. The perfect smoothie for a sunny summer day!
Blueberry Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 c. almond milk
- 1 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 c. blueberries
- 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 c. Glean sweet potato flour
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Ice
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender until fully mixed.
- Garnish with mint and enjoy!
