Cashew Beet Fudge

Cashew Beet Fudge by @nikkissweetniche


  • 1 jar of Eat Beets Cashew Butter
  • 1/4 c. choc tahini
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 2 tbsp. Glean Beet Flour
  • 3 tbsp date syrup (can omit for no added sweetener)
  • 1 bag chocolate chips (I chose dark)


  1. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate and spread evenly throughout pan.
  2. Melt chocolate and pour on top of cashew mixture.
  3. Freeze overnight
  4. Serve and enjoy!
