Cashew Beet Fudge by @nikkissweetniche
- 1 jar of Eat Beets Cashew Butter
- 1/4 c. choc tahini
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 2 tbsp. Glean Beet Flour
- 3 tbsp date syrup (can omit for no added sweetener)
- 1 bag chocolate chips (I chose dark)
- Mix together all ingredients except chocolate and spread evenly throughout pan.
- Melt chocolate and pour on top of cashew mixture.
- Freeze overnight
- Serve and enjoy!
