Chia Seed Parfait with Beet Flour by @eatsbyjenna

If there ever was a "superfood breakfast" - this is it! Loaded with nutritious and delicious goodness, you will wake up ready to start your day with this amazing recipe by @eatsbyjenna! 
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Glean beet powder
  • 1 tp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. blueberries
  • Pinch of coconut flakes
  1. Combine chia seeds and almond milk - set in fridge until thick. 
  2. Add beet powder and peanut butter
  3. Top with blueberries and coconut flakes
  4. Enjoy!
