Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Glean Pumpkin Goodness
- 2 tbsp. Glean Sweet Potato Goodness
- 4 tbsp. Glean Beet Goodness
- 1 tbsp. cocoa (or carob) powder*
- ¼ c. almond meal
- ¼ c. oats
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter, all natural
- 1 tbsp. date syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1-2 tbsp. sweetener
- ¼ c. chocolate chips (or carob chips)*
- water as needed for consistency
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for chocolate (or carob) chips and water.
- Blend until well combined.
- Add a Tablespoon at a time of water until you get the consistency necessary to form thick energy balls.
- Mix in chocolate chips and roll into bite sized energy treats.
