Pumpkin Oats Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of Glean pumpkin flour
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- Ice as needed
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well combined. Add more liquid or ice to achieve desired consistency.
