This trio of holiday cookies offer the perfect flavor for everyone!  A mix of nuts, chocolates & berries make them extra delicious and fun.  


Golden Goodness Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • ½ c. Glean Sweet Potato Goodness
  • ½ c. dark chocolate morsels
  • ¼ c. golden raisins
  • ¼ c. chopped almonds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Blend bananas in Ninja.
  3. Once the bananas are well blended add in the rolled oats, and the Glean sweet potato flour. Blend well.
  4. Remove the mix from the blended and fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. Place a bite-sized spoonful of the cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy!

*Best stored in refrigerator 

Frankly Can’t Be BEET Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • ½ c. Glean Beet Goodness
  • ½ c. white chocolate morsels
  • ¼ c. chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Blend bananas in Ninja.
  3. Once the bananas are well blended add in the rolled oats, and the Glean beet flour. Blend well.
  4. Remove the mix from the blended and fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. Place a bite-sized spoonful of the cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Pumpkin Flour Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • ½ c. Glean Pumpkin Goodness
  • ½ c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • ¼ c. dates
  • ¼ c. pecans
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Blend bananas in Ninja.
  3. Once the bananas are well blended add in the rolled oats, and the Glean sweet potato flour. Blend well.
  4. Remove the mix from the blended and fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. Place a bite-sized spoonful of the cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool and enjoy!
